How long are the programs?
Our party programs are 1.5 hours or 2 hours if you come to us, and 45 - 60 minutes if we come to you.
Can I choose what animals to see?
Our staff chooses the animals that we bring to you for any travel out program. We like to know your requests, but these are live animals, not props, and they can get sick, stressed, and tired, and need down time from programs. Ultimately, we will choose the animals that we know work best for your program, for the age and size of the group.
How long are school field trip programs? Our elementary school field trip/camp/programs are 1.5 - 2.0 hours, if you come to us.
How long is a pre-school program? Pre-school programs are 1 hour 30 minutes, if you come to us.
How long are programs at my location? Assembly programs at your door are 45 minutes to One Hour long, depending on age and other circumstances.
Do you ever get new animals? The animals at Eyes of the Wild constantly rotate on and off display. This allows you to see new things every time you visit, and to let the animals have down time. We house animals at our private facilities off site, where they have room to run and play. We choose what animals are on display at any program.
What do you do special for the birthday child?
At an Eyes of the Wild Birthday party, the birthday child will choose two animals to meet up close from those on display the day of the party. The child will do this the first few minutes of the party while everyone is looking at the other animals on display. We will then add more animals to meet and create a diverse, balanced program for each party.
SOME HELPFUL HINTS FROM OUR SCHEDULING OFFICE TO ENSURE FASTEST AND MOST COMPLETE RESPONSE:
*The best times to call are Monday-Friday between 10am and 6pm but we try to answer the phones as often as possible so please do not hesitate to call at other times if these are not convenient for you. (908) 328-4470 is the number to call!
*Emailing pam@eyeswild.com is one of the best ways to reach us. We will answer emails late at night and on weekends whenever possible for your convenience! *When entering information on our online request forms, please provide as much information as possible (i.e.: location for your party; preferred dates and times (listing several options is best); and several phone numbers and the best times to reach you (we need at least 2 contact phone numbers (cell and home numbers are preferred and/or work number).
*When booking a school field trip to our center OR a traveling program to your location, please let us know the age range and approximate number of children expected to attend your event.
*If you have children with special needs, please provide as much information as possible so that we can best accommodate your group.
